1. Information We Collect

Account Data: Name, email address, and encrypted passwords when you register.

Profile & Lead Data: Information you publicly display on your digital profile (portfolio, social links, biography) and data captured from visitors via lead forms. You retain ownership of this data.

NFC & Telemetry: When an NFC Smart Card is tapped, we collect non-identifiable telemetry (timestamp, generic location) to provide analytics to the card owner.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To provide, maintain, and improve the digital identity platform.
• To process transactions securely via our payment partners (Razorpay / Cashfree).
• To send administrative notifications regarding your subscription or security.
• To power AI Assistant features (only when explicitly invoked by you).

3. Third-Party Processors

We do not sell user data to advertising networks. We share necessary data only with authorized sub-processors to run the platform: Payment Gateways (Razorpay, Cashfree) for secure billing, Cloud Infrastructure for hosting, and API Partners (OpenAI for AI features, Google for Calendar Sync, Meta for WhatsApp broadcasts).

4. Your Rights (Right to Erasure)

You have the right to access, modify, or permanently delete your data. At any point, you can initiate account deletion from your dashboard. This irrevocably deletes your professional identity, lead history, and hosted portfolio from our primary servers.
