Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Kaimotech IT Solutions platform ("Service", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service. Kaimotech operates as an Individual Proprietorship based in India.

2. Subscription & Billing

Pricing: Subscriptions (Individual, Professional, Revenue Cloud) are billed on an annual cycle. All prices displayed are final. We are not registered for GST; therefore, no GST invoices will be issued.

Renewals: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. Failure to renew results in core identity suspension after a 7-day grace period. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

3. Identity & Content Governance

All users must represent their professional identity with accuracy. The creation of deceptive profiles, impersonation, or uploading of illicit content will result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

You retain ownership of all content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it publicly via your digital profile.

4. Agency & White-Label Usage

Agency partners are responsible for the conduct and content of their onboarded clients. You may not misrepresent our platform capabilities to your clients. "Referral rewards" earned through our system are governed by our partner payout schedules. Any attempt to artificially manipulate referral tracking will result in permanent ban and forfeiture of wallet balances.

5. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "AS IS". In no event shall Kaimotech IT Solutions be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.
